Established in 1960, Greentree Village originally was solely a mobile home park. After a storm in 1972, Greentree Village was modernized and constructed to provide additional capacity not just for mobile homes, but RV spaces too.

The new park was designed with all the best features including wide lots, lush grassy lawns, a clubhouse, laundry, a swimming pool, exercise room and equipment, and many more amenities.
